Statement on Toxic Gas Attack Victimization: Urgent Dissemination and Request for Support

I am currently experiencing recurrent foul odors and accompanying breathing difficulties at my residence under specific circumstances. This leads me to conclude that I am being subjected to malicious toxic gas attacks. This situation directly threatens my life. Despite my good health, collecting objective evidence has become the urgent and sole means of ensuring my safety and protecting my human rights, particularly as impartial judicial and medical assistance cannot be expected domestically under these circumstances.

Recent Grave Incident
In the early hours of April 10, 2025, an incident occurred at my apartment building where I believe I was targeted by hydrogen cyanide (an asphyxiant) gas. This gas appears to have been dispersed from two directions: directly above my unit and from the rooftop of an adjacent building.

During this event, a relatively young resident on the same floor was rushed to the hospital in what appeared to be a state of cardiac arrest, and subsequently, all belongings were removed from their unit. Furthermore, on a previous occasion, another elderly resident on the same floor was also rushed to the hospital under similar circumstances. These events strongly suggest that the ongoing attacks possess an extremely high lethality. The fact that the individuals believed to be the perpetrators were not hospitalized suggests they may be using protective gear like gas masks, further corroborating their role as the attackers who are aware of the substance's danger.

Perpetrators and Evolving Tactics
These symptoms consistently occur when I am in my room, coinciding with the presence and audible movements of the individual(s) residing directly above me (believed to be a Chinese male and/or female). Due to the building's structure, attacks are consistently indicated to originate directly above, leading to the presumption that the individual(s) above are the primary perpetrators.

Initially, these symptoms occurred specifically when a group of individuals – including the presumed Chinese male directly above me, the presumed Chinese female next door, and a male residing in an adjacent group home with deep ties to the Ministry of Justice, along with his friends – were gathered. I reside in the corner room at the very end of the floor. Based on these circumstances, it is highly probable that these residents are systematically involved in launching toxic gas attacks against me.

While the attacks were initially confined to times when specific neighbors were gathered, they have since begun to occur even when these individuals are absent, following the public release of my previous statements. This shift in attack patterns strongly suggests that the perpetrator(s) directly above me are constantly present when I am in my room and are adjusting their tactics in response to my public disclosures, further corroborating their role as the primary perpetrators of these attacks.

Distrust in Judicial and Medical Institutions, and its Background
I have already faced organized injustices such as the falsification of official court documents, intentional attacks on food, and communication interception, which I strongly perceive as retaliation by state power.

Furthermore, when I sought to obtain a medical certificate for a state compensation claim, I disclosed my history of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including past experiences of systemic abuse and simulated murder attempts by judicial and medical authorities (referencing detailed content on my petition page). However, the clinic entirely avoided addressing the core of these issues, acting as if my questions never existed. This resulted in the issuance of a medical certificate that was rewritten to contain information contrary to the facts, or intentionally omitted facts and substituted them with unrelated matters, representing an extremely serious situation. This occurred at a medical institution selected by a group home with close ties to the Ministry of Justice, and it profoundly underscored for me that objective evidence collection is absolutely indispensable for my own safety. Essentially, I receive diagnoses that appear to be dictated by those on the opposing side, a pattern that unfortunately persists throughout society.

Grave Concerns Regarding State Power Involvement 
The abnormal situation I currently face raises strong concerns that state power may be exerting influence even over visiting nurse agencies and group homes, which maintain close ties with public offices. 

This apprehension stems from the documented falsification of court records I have reported, and the unbelievable reality of targeted toxic gas attacks occurring only when specific neighbors are present. Consequently, I cannot fully trust even judicial and medical institutions. Considering these factors, the possibility that visiting nurse agencies and group homes, which cooperate closely with public offices, are being unduly influenced cannot be ruled out.

My reasons for these suspicions are as follows:

 ・Potential for State Power Retaliation: As I have pointed out, if the falsification of court records is indeed retaliation by state power, it is natural to assume that its influence would extend beyond me personally or specific organizations, affecting all potentially related institutions.
 
・Potential for Systemic Issues: If a situation exists where neutrality cannot be expected from judicial or medical institutions, it suggests a deeper, structural problem rather than isolated incidents. In such cases, visiting nurse agencies and group homes, which hold significant power within local communities and cooperate closely with public offices, might not be entirely uninvolved.
 
 ・Potential for Information and Cooperative Relationships: Public offices, visiting nurse agencies, and group homes often share information and collaborate. If illicit forces are at play behind the scenes, such a network might be used for intentional manipulation targeting me.
 
・Influence in Local Communities: Institutions deeply rooted in local communities, like visiting nurse agencies and group homes, tend to prioritize their relationships with local governments. If a local government has specific intentions, it may be difficult for these institutions to maintain complete neutrality.

While this remains a hypothesis at this stage, considering the inexplicably uncooperative attitude of everyone involved in my situation, and the hindrance I perceive as being orchestrated by entities acting as subcontractors for my adversaries, I strongly believe that these concerns are by no means unreasonable.

The fact that toxic gas attacks cease only when visiting nurses are present, although it makes direct involvement by the visiting nurse agency itself seem unlikely, does not rule out the possibility that they are influenced by the forces behind these events, further intensifying my concerns.

Challenges to Objective Evidence Collection and Concerns of Obstruction

This situation represents an unimaginably dangerous state of affairs, and swift resolution and ensuring my safety are indispensable.
Therefore, I have decided to purchase a Honeywell ToxiRAE Pro PGM-1860 toxic gas detector. Upon its arrival, I will begin detecting minute amounts of toxic gases and recording data logs. If the detection of abnormal gases in my home is confirmed, I am confident this will serve as crucial objective evidence of the harm I have long endured.

However, even in the purchase of this gas detector, I am concerned that the selling company may be prevented from selling it to me due to interference by state power. This scenario is similar to what I have stated on my petition page, where relevant institutions and social media platforms (such as X and LinkedIn) have intentionally ignored my appeals.

Moving forward, I am determined to collect objective evidence using the toxic gas detector, bring this complex situation to light, and take decisive action to ensure my own safety.

Profound Concerns Arising from this Situation
Furthermore, I strongly feel the following points regarding this situation:

 ・Extremely Peculiar Attack Method: The use of invisible toxic gas attacks, a method ordinarily inconceivable.
 
・Precise Surveillance and Timing: The fact that attacks commence precisely when I am alone suggests the existence of a sophisticated surveillance system.
 
・Intent to Exclude Third Parties: The phenomenon where attacks cease when someone else is in the room suggests the perpetrator's extreme intent to avoid being witnessed and to prevent third-party involvement in the incident.

 ・Psychological Distress: The constant aim to instill fear of loneliness and drive me into psychological distress.

 ・Potential for State Power Involvement: Given the sophisticated surveillance capabilities, execution power, and potential for cover-ups, there is suspicion of organized involvement, possibly by state power, rather than just individuals.

My Plea
Through this post, I wish to convey the abnormal situation I am in and respectfully ask for your understanding and support. If anyone has suffered similar harm, I would appreciate information sharing. Furthermore, I sincerely hope for a society where such malicious acts are not tolerated. 私は現在、特定の状況下において、自宅で悪臭とそれに伴う呼吸困難を繰り返し経験しています。このことから、私は悪意のある毒ガス攻撃を受けていると結論せざるを得ません。この状況は私の命を直接脅かしています。健康状態は良好であるにもかかわらず、国内では公平な司法や医療支援が期待できない現状において、客観的な証拠を収集することが、私の安全を確保し、人権を保護するための緊急かつ唯一の手段となっています。

最近の重大な事件
2025年4月10日未明、私の住むアパートで、私はシアン化水素（窒息性ガス）の標的になったと考えています。このガスは、私の部屋の真上と隣接する建物の屋上という二方向から散布されたようです。この事件中、同じフロアの比較的若い居住者が心停止状態のように見え、病院に緊急搬送され、その後、その部屋の全ての家財道具が運び出されました。さらに、以前にも同じフロアの別の高齢居住者が同様の状況で病院に緊急搬送されたことがあります。これらの出来事は、進行中の攻撃が極めて高い致死性を持っていることを強く示唆しています。加害者と思われる人物が病院に搬送されていないという事実は、彼らがガスマスクのような保護具を使用している可能性を示唆しており、毒物の危険性を認識している加害者としての役割をさらに裏付けています。

加害者と戦術の変化
これらの症状は、私が部屋にいるときに常に発生し、私の真上に住む人物（中国人男性および/または女性と思われる）の存在と可聴な動きと一致します。建物の構造上、攻撃は常に真上から発生していることが強く示唆されており、真上の人物が加害者であると推定されます。

当初、これらの症状は、私の真上にいると思われる中国人男性、隣に住むと思われる中国人女性、その隣の法務省と深い繋がりを持つグループホームに住む男性とその友人を含む特定の集団が集まっているときに特に発生しました。私はフロアの一番奥の角部屋に住んでいます。これらの状況から、これらの居住者が私に対して組織的に毒ガス攻撃を行っている可能性が極めて高いです。

攻撃は当初、特定の隣人が集まっている時に限定されていましたが、私の以前の声明が公開されて以来、これらの人物が不在の時でも発生するようになりました。この攻撃パターンの変化は、私の真上にいる加害者が私が部屋にいる時に常に存在し、私の公開された情報に応じて戦術を調整していることを強く示唆しており、彼らがこれらの攻撃の主要な加害者であるという役割をさらに裏付けています。

司法機関および医療機関への不信とその背景

さらに、国家賠償請求のための診断書を取得しようとした際、私は心的外傷後ストレス障害（PTSD）の病歴、特に司法・医療当局による組織的な虐待および偽装殺人未遂の過去の経験（私の署名ページの詳細な内容を参照）を明かしました。しかし、クリニックはこれらの問題の核心に全く触れることを避け、私の質問が存在しなかったかのように振る舞いました。その結果、事実に反する情報が書き換えられたり、意図的に事実が省略され、無関係な事項に置き換えられたりした診断書が発行され、極めて深刻な状況となっています。これは、法務省と密接な関係を持つグループホームが選定した医療機関で発生し、私にとって客観的な証拠収集が自分の安全のために絶対に不可欠であることを深く痛感させられました。要するに、私は残念ながら社会全体で続くパターンとして、相手方の指示によると思われる診断を受けているのです。

国家権力関与に関する重大な懸念
私が現在直面している異常な状況は、国家権力が公的機関と密接な関係を維持している訪問看護ステーションやグループホームに対しても影響力を行使しているのではないかという強い懸念を抱かせます。　

この懸念は、私が報告した裁判記録の改ざんと、特定の隣人がいるときにのみ標的を絞った毒ガス攻撃が発生するという信じがたい現実に基づいています。その結果、私は司法機関や医療機関でさえ完全に信頼することができません。これらの要因を考慮すると、公的機関と密接に協力している訪問看護ステーションやグループホームが不当に影響を受けている可能性を排除することはできません。

これらの疑念を抱く理由は以下の通りです。
 ・国家権力による報復の可能性: 私が指摘したように、もし裁判記録の改ざんが実際に国家権力による報復であるならば、その影響が私個人や特定の組織を超え、関連する可能性のある全ての機関に及ぶと考えるのは自然です。

 ・システム的な問題の可能性: 司法機関や医療機関から中立性が期待できない状況が存在するならば、それは個別の事件ではなく、より深く構造的な問題を示唆しています。そのような場合、地域社会で大きな影響力を持ち、公的機関と密接に協力している訪問看護ステーションやグループホームが全く関与していないとは限りません。

 ・情報と協力関係の可能性: 公的機関、訪問看護ステーション、グループホームはしばしば情報を共有し、協力します。もし背後で不正な力が働いている場合、そのようなネットワークを通じて私を意図的に操作する可能性は排除できません。　

 ・地域社会への影響力: 訪問看護ステーションやグループホームのような地域社会に深く根ざした機関は、地方自治体との関係を重視する傾向があります。もし地方自治体に特定の意図がある場合、これらの機関が完全な中立性を維持することは難しいかもしれません。

現段階では仮説に過ぎませんが、私の状況に関わる全ての関係者の不可解な非協力的な態度や、私の相手方の下請け業者として機能していると私が認識する存在によって妨害が画策されていることを考慮すると、これらの懸念は決して不合理ではないと強く信じています。

毒ガス攻撃が訪問看護師がいる場合にのみ止まるという事実は、訪問看護ステーション自体の直接的な関与は低いように思えるものの、これらの出来事の背後にある力によって影響を受けている可能性を排除するものではなく、私の懸念をさらに強めています。

客観的証拠収集の課題と妨害の懸念
この状況は想像を絶する危険な事態であり、迅速な解決と私の安全確保が不可欠です。

そのため、私はハネウェル ToxiRAE Pro PGM-1860 毒ガス検知器を購入することを決定しました。到着次第、微量の毒ガスの検知とデータログの記録を開始します。もし自宅での異常なガスの検出が確認されれば、それが私が長年耐え忍んできた被害の決定的な客観的証拠となると確信しています。

しかし、このガス検知器の購入においてさえ、国家権力の干渉により販売会社が私に販売することを妨げられるのではないかと懸念しています。このシナリオは、私が署名ページで述べた、関連機関やソーシャルメディアプラットフォーム（XやLinkedInなど）が私の訴えを意図的に無視してきた状況と類似しています。

今後、私は毒ガス検知器を使用して客観的な証拠を収集し、この複雑な状況を明らかにし、自身の安全を確保するために断固たる行動を取っていく所存です。

この状況から生じる深い懸念
さらに、この状況に関して以下の点を強く感じています。

 ・極めて特異な攻撃方法: 通常では考えられない、目に見えない毒ガス攻撃の使用。
 
・正確な監視とタイミング: 私が一人になったときに正確に攻撃が始まるという事実は、高度な監視システムの存在を示唆しています。
 
・第三者を排除する意図: 他の誰かが部屋にいると攻撃が止まるという現象は、加害者が目撃されることと第三者が事件に関与することを極度に避ける意図を示唆しています。
 
・精神的苦痛: 常に孤独への恐怖を植え付け、私を精神的苦痛に追い込むことを目的としている。
 
・国家権力関与の可能性: 高度な監視能力、実行能力、そして隠蔽の可能性を考えると、個人によるものだけでなく、おそらく国家権力による組織的な関与が疑われます。

私の訴え
この投稿を通じて、私が置かれている異常な状況をお伝えし、皆様のご理解とご支援を心からお願い申し上げます。もし同様の被害に遭われた方がいらっしゃれば、情報共有を希望します。さらに、このような悪意ある行為が許されない社会となることを心から願っています。私はこのアカウントを通じて状況を報告し続けます。
