My present struggle is an inevitable consequence of events that began over a decade ago.

Approximately eleven and a half years ago, I faced an attempted murder in Kumamoto and an assassination attempt followed by unjust detention in Nagoya. While incarcerated, I was subjected to torture and the suppression of communication and evidence. The falsification of my motion for preservation of evidence—a document I submitted before filing a civil lawsuit—serves as undeniable proof that a state-level organization is targeting my life. I believe these organized attacks continue to influence my daily life.

This conclusion is based on the following specific facts.

Sophisticated Surveillance and Physical Interference

After I sent my device in for a battery replacement, I believe it was infected with a top-tier spyware. Since then, my thoughts and actions have been preemptively intercepted in real time. The information collected by this spyware is then used to orchestrate physical interference against me. The fact that my only means of communication is constantly monitored and used for physical attacks cannot be a coincidence.

This is not a mere feeling or a guess; I have undeniable physical evidence. While non-food packages arrive without issue, only items intended for consumption have been tampered with.

• Mercari Transaction: I have clear photographic evidence that a package was intentionally opened by Yamato Transport during shipping. After a previous incident involving food, I had asked the sender to secure the package with a unique seal on the shipping label to prevent a recurrence. However, the seal was peeled off, the package was opened, and the free-range eggs inside were broken. This is not a random accident; it's undeniable proof of intentional physical interference. (The company compensated me for this.)

• Uber Eats Order: I have photographic evidence showing physical tampering with a food delivery. Specifically, the plastic wrap around my bento box was peeled off before it was delivered, indicating the food was intentionally opened. (No action was taken on this.)

• Amazon Frozen Foods: I have photographic evidence showing a frozen food bag was deliberately punctured. (I am preparing for litigation on this matter.)

These facts lead me to conclude that this is a state-level operation aimed at stopping me from exposing them. This spyware isn't just an information-gathering tool; it's a weapon used to isolate me and execute physical attacks.

The Mechanics of the Spyware
I believe this spyware provides real-time information to those who physically manipulate my packages.

• Comprehensive Data Collection: The spyware collects all information related to my actions, including keyboard inputs, browsing history, and purchase records.

• Preemptive Action: This data is used to predict my next move.

• Physical Interference: When I order items on Mercari or food on Uber Eats, that information is immediately sent to the perpetrators. They then orchestrate physical interference, which is already complete by the time the package reaches me.

This mechanism indicates that the spyware is a sophisticated surveillance system designed to predict and control my thoughts and actions.

If death is inevitable, I would rather fight for freedom and happiness until the very end.

・私の現在の闘いは、10年以上前に始まった一連の出来事から導かれた、必然的な段階にあります。

約11年半前、私は熊本で殺人未遂に、名古屋では暗殺未遂と不当な拘束に遭い、その後、拘留施設内で拷問と発信・反証妨害を受けました。訴訟提起前（民事事件）に提出した証拠保全申立書が改ざんされたという動かぬ証拠は、私の命と人生を狙う国家権力という組織が存在するという結論に至らせました。この組織的な活動は、現在の私の日常生活においても続いています。

この結論は、以下の具体的な事実にに基づいています。

高度な監視と物理的妨害

デバイスをバッテリー交換に出して以来、最高レベルのスパイウェアが仕込まれたと推測しています。それ以降、私の思考や行動がリアルタイムで先回りされている現象が頻繁に発生しています。このスパイウェアで得られた情報は、私への物理的妨害を**「準備」**するために使われていると推定されます。外部と連絡を取る唯一の手段が常に監視され、その情報が物理的な攻撃に利用されていることは、偶然では説明できません。

これは単なる感覚や推測ではありません。私は以下の動かぬ物的証拠を保持しています。非食品の荷物は問題なく届きますが、口から入る食品に限って問題が常に発生しています。

• メルカリでの取引: 物流の段階でヤマト運輸に意図的に開封された動かぬ証拠写真があります。以前に食品を開けられた経緯があったため、再発防止のために封印として伝票を貼るよう荷主にお願いしていました。にもかかわらず、その封印の伝票は剥がされ、荷物は一度開けられた状態で、中身の平飼い卵も破損していました。これは偶発的な事故ではありえない異常な配達状況であり、意図的な物理的干渉の動かぬ証拠です（弁償済み）。

• Uber Eatsの注文: 配送された食品に物理的な干渉があったことを示す証拠写真もあります。具体的には、弁当を包むラップが剥がされた状態で届けられており、意図的に開封されたことがわかります。（不対応）。

• Amazonの冷凍食品: 届いた冷凍食品の袋に、人為的に穴が空けられていた証拠写真もあります（立証活動準備中）。

これらの事実は、私の告発を阻止しようとする、国家レベルの組織的な活動だと結論づけられます。スパイウェアは単なる情報収集ツールではなく、私を孤立させ、物理的な攻撃を仕掛けるための武器として使われているのです。

スパイウェアの仕組み　
このスパイウェアは、私のデバイスを物理的に操作する者たちに、次に私が何をするかをリアルタイムで伝えると推測されます。

• 全方位的な情報収集: スパイウェアは、キーボード入力、閲覧履歴、購入履歴など、私の行動に関するあらゆる情報をリアルタイムで収集します。

• 行動の先回り: この情報により、次に何をしようとしているかが予測されます。

• 物理的妨害: 私がメルカリで商品を注文したり、Uber Eatsで食事を選んだりすると、その情報がすぐに実行者に送られ、物理的な妨害が指示されます。これにより、私が荷物を受け取る前に、すでに物理的な干渉が完了している現象が発生します。

この仕組みは、スパイウェアが単なる情報収集ツールではなく、私の思考や行動を予測し、コントロールするための高度な監視システムとして機能していることを示唆しています。
