私達は株式会社エーアイに、誹謗中傷を常習的に行っている暇空茜による、同社のキャラクターである琴葉茜の使用を差し止める事を強く求めます。この様な悪質なユーザーは琴葉姉妹の歴史の中で例が無く、ファンは長らくの間非常に苦しい思いをしています。例え今日でも彼から茜ちゃんが解放されたら、どれ程最高な日になるでしょうか。

彼は多くの人々に誹謗中傷を行っていますが、その主なターゲットは、大学生の堀口英利さんと、女性支援団体のColaboです。

堀口英利さんという大学生がターゲットになったきっかけは、暇空茜が女性学者の東野篤子氏にいきなり性差別的な中傷をしたことを批判したからでした。それ以降、彼は暇空茜とその仲間達に、性風俗の迷惑客である等のデマを流されたり、ゲーム上で鉛筆を刺されて針山にされたりという壮烈ないじめ行為に遭い、自殺を予告して未遂に至るまで追い詰められました。

Colaboは、家に居場所がない路上の少女を買春者から守る活動をしていました。然し、地域おこしキャラの設定を批判したことがきっかけで、暇空茜に、公金の大規模な中抜きを組織的にしているというデマを流されました。その根拠は、どれも後に行政から言いがかりと判断される様なものでした。然し、インフルエンサーとクリエイター、そして大勢の人々がデマを信じ、妨害者により活動の一時中止を強いられ、路上の少女達は行き場を失いました。

暇空茜は現在、Colaboに対する名誉毀損の疑いで書類送検されています。

茜ちゃんにより人が傷つく事はあってはいけません。また、キャラクターのガイドラインを守っているほぼ全てのユーザーを守るためにも、私達は人権侵害に茜ちゃんを使わせない様、株式会社エーアイへ強く訴えかけます。これ以上暇空により茜ちゃんが穢されない為にも署名してください。

We strongly demand that A.I, Inc. stop the use of its character, Kotonoha Akane, by the habitually slanderous Himasora Akane. Such a malicious user is unprecedented in the history of the Kotoha twins, and fans have suffered greatly for a long time. How wonderful it would be if Akane-chan could be freed from him, even if it is just today.

He has slandered many people, but his main targets are university student Horiguchi Hidetoshi and the women's support group Colabo.

Horiguchi Hidetoshi, a university student, became a target because he criticized Himasora Akane for suddenly making sexist slurs against Higashino Atsuko, a women's scholar. From then on, he was subjected to fierce bullying behavior by Himasora Akane and her supporters, including spreading false rumors about him being a nuisance customer at a sex club, being stabbed with a pencil and turned into a needle pile on a game, leading him to threaten suicide and attempt to commit it.

Colabo worked to protect girls on the street who had no place to stay at home from prostitutes. However, when its representative criticized the setting up of anime characters for community development, Himasora Akane spread a false rumor that  the organization was systematically engaged in large-scale skimming of public funds. Almost all of the evidence was such that it was later deemed an accusation by the administration. However, influencers, creators, and many people believed the hoax and the appearance of someone who interfered with their activities forced us to temporarily suspend their activities, leaving the girls on the streets with nowhere to go.

Himasora Akane is now get referred to prosecutors by charges of defamation against Colabo.

No one should ever be hurt by Akane-chan. In order to protect almost all users who follow the character's guidelines, we strongly appeal to A.I, Inc. not to allow Akane-chan to be used for human rights violations. Please sign the petition to prevent Akane-chan from being further defiled by Himasora Akane.
