現在日本の国会で審議中の、安保関連法案についての要請
私たちは、現在国連人権理事会で審議されている平和への権利・国連宣言の実現を目指している日本のNGOです。
現在日本の国会で審議されている安保関連法案は、今までの日本国憲法９条による制約を取り払って集団的自衛権の行使を認めるものです。また日本国憲法に書かれている平和的生存権は、全世界の国民が有すると書かれており、他の国の平和的生存権を侵害することになります。
日本は、戦後７０年間海外で戦争をせずに、平和国家の道を歩んできました。この安保関連法案が成立してしまえば、日本は軍事国家に変わってしまい、アジアをはじめ世界の国にアメリカとともに軍事的な介入をするおそれもあります。
私たちはNGOとして、安保関連法案の廃案を主張していますが、貴政府も、他国の主権を侵害し、人びとの平和的生存権を侵害する、日本の安保関連法案の成立に対して批判の声をあげてくださるよう要請します。

Dear Governments and Embassies,
Petition against the security related bills deliberated in the Japan Diet
We are a NGO, the Japan Committee for Right to Peace, who aims at establishment the UN declaration of right to peace.
The security related bills under debate in the Japan Diet allow the exercise of collective self-defense of the Self-defense Forces. But it violates the pacific Article 9 of Japan Constitution and the right to live in peace. The preamble of the constitution reads that “all peoples of the world have the right to live in peace, free from fear and want.” It means Japan government has to protect this rights of other countries’ people. However, exercise of collective self-defense infringes on them.
Japan has been a pacific state for 70 years restricted by Article 9 and right to live in peace. Should Japan betray Article 9, it would become a military state and make military intervention to others.
We sincerely ask you to raise voices against the establishment of Japan’s new security bills, which violate the state sovereignty and human rights.
