Petition for Saitama Prefecture to Introduce Partnership/Familyship System

An online petition to Saitama Prefecture, a neighboring prefecture of Tokyo, to introduce a Partnership/Familyship system. The signatures will be submitted with a petition to Saitama Prefecture on January 17, 2023.
