動物虐待を許さない！ 旺旺親子の悲劇を二度と繰り返さないために
署名活動の主旨
2026年6月28日、中国・広東省で、母犬「旺旺（ワンワン）」と3匹の幼い子犬たちが、未成年者らによる残酷な虐待によって命を奪われる事件が起きました。
その様子を撮影した映像はインターネット上に広がり、中国だけでなく世界中に大きな衝撃を与えました。
現地政府は、事件に関与した4人について「全員14歳未満」であり、専門学校での教育措置を取ったと発表しています。
しかし、この事件を「未成年だから」「かわいそうだった」で終わらせてよいのでしょうか。
旺旺は、ただそこで生き、子どもたちを育てていた一匹の母犬でした。
3匹の子犬たちも、生まれて間もない小さな命でした。
失われた命は戻りません。
だからこそ私たちは、この悲劇を次の命を守るためのきっかけにしたいと考えています。

④ 子どもたちへの生命・道徳教育を強化すること
命の大切さ、相手の痛みを想像すること、弱い立場の存在を思いやることを幼い頃から学べる教育を広げること。
私たちが求めているのは「報復」ではありません
この署名は、中国や中国の人々を攻撃したり、事件に関与した未成年者への私刑や誹謗中傷を求めたりするものではありません。

What We Are Calling For
1. A society that does not tolerate animal cruelty
Violence against animals should not be dismissed as “just an animal issue.” Cruelty toward any living being deserves serious attention.
2. Laws and systems that truly protect animals
Rules alone are not enough. Effective systems are needed to ensure that cases of animal cruelty are properly investigated and addressed.
3. Stronger measures to prevent animal cruelty
There must be effective measures to address severe acts of cruelty, as well as the filming and distribution of animal-abuse content online.
4. Stronger humane and life-respect education for children
Children should have opportunities to learn the value of life, empathy for suffering, and compassion for vulnerable beings from an early age.
We Are Not Asking for Revenge
This petition is not an attack on China or the Chinese people.
Nor are we calling for harassment, vigilantism, or the public targeting of the minors involved.
What we are asking for is:
Transparency.
Effective animal protection.
Prevention of future cruelty.

④ 加强儿童的生命教育与道德教育
让孩子从小学习尊重生命、理解他人的痛苦，并懂得保护弱小生命的重要性。
