Thank you to all of those who have signed this campaign so far, we are truly grateful for your support. We have an important update to share with you. As of 15th December 2025 Nonchan has been allowed finally to stay with her mother Domingo san in Tokyo and from 14th January she has been officially released from the care of the child welfare services, recognizing that Domingo san and Non chan can live together as mother and child. This is wonderful news and we would like to express our deep appreciation to all those who have made this possible - especially the supporting lawyer and independent disability support organizations. But most of all we would like to pay respect to Domingo san and Non chan themselves for all of their courage and perseverance, always determined to fight on for their life together. Congratulations!
This is a significant development in Domingo san's case and makes the need for status recognition even more urgent as Domingo san must now directly care for the wellbeing of Non chan, a Japanese national with high level disability needs. We call for you all to spread the word of this campaign and gather even more signatories so that the immigration authorities might finally give Domingo san the status she requires to stay in Japan and care for Non chan. https://c.org/SBRdXhKNqZ

これまでドミンゴさんとノンちゃんキャンペーンにご 署名いただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。 2025年12月15日付で、のんちゃんは東京にいる母親のドミンゴさんと一緒に暮らすことができるようになり、1月14日付で正式に児童福祉施設から措置解除になり、ドミンゴさんとのんちゃんは母子として一緒に暮らす ことができるようになりました。 これは素晴らしいニュースであり、これを可能にして くださった すべての方々、特に支援してくださった 弁護士や独立した障がい者支援団体の方々に 深く感謝いたします。そして何よりも、 ドミンゴさんとノンちゃん自身の勇気と粘り強さ、ふたりの人生のために闘い続ける 決意に敬意を表したいと思います。 おめでとう！
これはドミンゴさんのケースにおける重要な進展であり、ドミンゴさんが、高度な 障害を必要とする日本国籍のノンちゃんの健康状態を直接ケアしなければならなく なったことで、地位認定の必要性がさらに緊急性を帯びています。ドミンゴさんが 日本に滞在し、ノンちゃんの世話をするために必要な在留資格を入国管理局が最終的に与えてくれるよう、私たちはこの キャンペーンを広く伝え、さらに多くの 署名者を集めることを呼びかけます。
