የወሲብ ድረ-ገጽን አዘውትሮ መመልከት ሱስ የሚሆን መሆኑና በኅብረተሰቡ ላይ ትልቅ ቀውስ እንደሚያመጣ ዓለም አቀፍ ቅበላ ያገኘ እውነታ ነው። ይኽንንም በመገንዘብ የተወሰኑ ሀገራት እነዚህ ድረ-ገጾች ነሀገራቸው እንዳይታዩ ዘግተዋል። እኛም በአገራችን በኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት የወሲብ ድረ-ገጾች እንዲዘጉ በፊርማ፣ በኢሜል፣ በስልክ እና በትዊተር ዘመቻ እንዲደረግ ይኽን የፊርማ ዘመቻ ስንጀምር ሁላችንም ለወገኖቻችን ይህን ዘመቻ ለኢትዮጵያ ፕሬዚዳንት፣ አፈ ጉባኤ እና ለጠቅላይ አቃቤ ሕግ መልዕክት በመላክ እንዲቀላቀሉ ታደርጉ ዘንድ ሀገራዊ ጥሪ እናስተላልፋለን። 

ወሲብን አዘውትሮ በኢንተርኔት መመልከት የሚከተሉትን ጉዳቶች በኅብረተሰባችን ላይ ያደርሳል፦ 

፩) በሴቶችና በልጆች ላይ የወሲብ ጥቃት እንዲደርስ ያደርጋል፤ ጥቃቱንም የተደጋገመ ያደርገዋል። 

፪) የወሲብ ግንኙነት ጥቃትንና ጉዳትን የተለመደ ያደርጋል። 

፫) ትዳርና ቤተሰብ ላይ ተጽዕኖና ጥፋትን ያደርሳል። 

፬) ወጣቶች ካለዕድሜአቸው የስንፈተ ወሲብ ተጠቂ እንዲሆኑ ያደርጋቸዋል። 

፭) የሥራ ጊዜን በመሻማት በሀገርና በኢኮኖሚ ላይ ትልቅ ጉዳት ያመጣል።

   There is a universal understanding of the effects of porn addiction on individuals, families and society. Some countries have blocked porn websites to protect their societies. Now, we are demanding that the Ethiopian government block all porn websites in Ethiopia. We ask everybody to appeal to the president of Ethiopia, Mrs. Sahel Work, Speaker of parliament Mr. Tadesse and Attorney General Mrs. Meaza. We are asking everyone to call, email, and post on Twitter demanding the removal of all porn websites in Ethiopia.

Some negative effects of porn on individuals, families and society are

 1- Porn addiction promotes sexual attacks on women and children

 2- Porn normalizes sexual attacks and abuses

 3- It affects and destroys marriage and family relationships

 4- It leads to sexual impotence at a very early age

 5- Porn addiction affect workers’ productivity and the economy in general
