ภาษาไทยด้านล่าง On the 17th, we have to go back to the Criminal Court to finish the examination hearing of the defamation charges we pressed against Verutai and Patidta/Yonrada. We could not complete this on February 29th at the first hearing date because one of their lawyers had another court appointment and had to leave before we were finished. We really hope that on the17th the examination hearing is complete and the judges can decide if they will accept the case. And for Carmen's case there will be 5 days of witnesses/testimony at the end of the month. March 23-25 is for our witnesses and 30-31 for the surrogate's witnesses. If the other side doesn´t do anything to delay the process or the judges work, after these five days the judges will have all the information they need to make a decision, which could take a month or so. We want to set a day for supporters and press to come to the Family Court to be with us, and like last time, we will film some interviews with those of you that would like to and to have more material for the future documentary about our story. You are part of our family. เราอยากขอจะอัพเดทสิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นในเดือนนี้ครับ วันที่ 17 มีนาคม นี้ เราจะกลับไปที่ ศาลอาญาอีกครั้ง เพื่อทำการไต่สวนมูลฟ้องเกี่ยวกับคดีหมิ่นประมาทที่เราได้ยื่นฟ้อง นส.วีรุทัย และ นส.ปทิตตา/ยลรดา ซึ่งเมื่อวันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมาเราไม่สามารถทำให้มีการไต่สวนให้เสร็จสิ้นได้เพราะทนายคนหนึ่งของพวกเขาแจ้งว่ามีนัดคดีอื่น และจำเป็นต้องขอตัวกลับก่อน ครั้งนี้เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการไต่สวนมูลฟ้องจะสามารถดำเนินการไปได้จนเสร็จสิ้น และผู้พิพากษาจะได้สามารถบอกได้ว่าคดีจะมีการรับฟ้องหรือไม่ และสำหรับคดีของคาร์เมน จะมีการสืบพยานเป็นเวลา 5 วัน ในช่วงสิ้นเดือนมีนาคมนี้ โดยวันที่ 23 - 25 มีนาคมเป็นการสืบพยานในฝั่งของเรา และวันที่ 30 - 31 มีนาคม จะเป็นการสืบพยานฝั่งของหญิงอุ้มบุญ และถ้าอีกฝ่ายจะไม่ทำการใดๆ ที่จะทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าในกระบวนการสืบพยาน หรือ ในการทำงานของศาล หลังจากการสืบพยานแล้ว 5 วัน ทางศาลก็ควรจะได้รับข้อมูลทั้งหมดเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการตัดสินคดีนี้ ซึ่งน่าจะใช้เวลาประมาณสักหนึ่งเดือน เราอยากจะกำหนดวันที่จะพบกับผู้สนับสนุนทั้งหลายและสื่อต่างๆ โดยเชิญมาพบกับเราที่ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวเหมือนกับครั้งที่แล้ว เราจะทำการถ่ายทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สนับสนุนอีกครั้งเพื่อเก็บไว้ใช้สำหรับสารคดีของพวกเราในอนาคต แต่เรายังไม่ได้สรุปเรื่องวันที่ อาจจะเป็น วันที่ 30 หรือ 31 มีนาคม แล้วเราจะแจ้งให้ทราบนะครับ ขอบคุณมากๆ ครับสำหรับการสนับสนุนในระยะเวลา 14 เดือนที่ผ่านมา พวกคุณเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของครอบครัวเรา
