ما به عنوان شهروندان ایران، از شاهزاده رضا پهلوی و تصمیمات ایشان حمایت میکنیم. ما انتظار داریم که نهاد ها، سازمان ها، دولت ها، احزاب و ... ایشان را به عنوان نماینده رسمی ما،در هر نوع از مذاکرات به عنوان شخصی که توانایی مدیریت دوران گذار از این شرایط به یک حکومت دموکراتیک را دارد بپذیرند.

چند ماه است که ما مردم ایران در داخل و خارج ایران در خیابان ها و مشغول یک انقلاب علیه رژیم جمهوری اسلامی حاکم بر ایران هستیم. حال پس دادن بیش از پانصد کشته و چندین هزار زخمی و بیش از شصت هزار بازداشتی در میانه یک انقلاب خونین با دستانی خالی و چند سنگ در دست، سازماندهی هرچه بیشتر برای سقوط هرچه سریعتر رژیم اسلامی ضروری به نظر میرسد                      آنچه تاکنون به نظر می رسد آن است که علیرغم تاکیدات جناب شاهزاده و حضور طولانی مدت مردم در خیابان ها تا کنون با گذشت ۳ ماه کماکان ارتش و نیروهای مسلح قصد همیاری با مردم را نداشته و مردمان زخم خورده و داغدار ایران کماکان از پشتیبانی ارتش ملی کشورشان محروم هستند  لذا از جناب شاهزاده خواهشمندیم تا با صدور مجوز دفاع مشروع و خرابکاری شرافتمندانه، راهی را برای حمایت از ما مردمان بی دفاع کف خیابان بازکرده تا بلکه خودمان بتوانیم خیابان را حفظ کرده و کشورمان را از اهریمنان پس بگیریم

مقصود از خرابکاری شرافتمندانه ، هرکاری است که ماشین اقتصادی و سرکوب رژیم را مختل کرده و هزینه های گزافی را به رژیم فاسد جمهوری اسلامی وارد کند نظیر تخریب خودروهای سرکوب ،ایجاد اخلال در شبکه پولی و بانکی با خالی کردن سپرده های بانکی و تبدیل آن به وجوه نقدی و یا پول دیجیتال ،عدم پرداخت مالیات و عوارض، ایجاد اخلال در حمل و نقل عمومی و خطوط مترو و بی‌آر‌تی،عدم پرداخت قبوض،اعتصاب کامیونداران، اخلال در ساختار نیروگاه ها و خاموش کردن کوره ها و ماشین آلات صنعتی کارخانه ها،ترک پادگان ها توسط سربازان ، عدم حضور دانشجویان و دانش آموزان در کلاس‌ها،تاخیر کارمندان در آغاز کار اداری،پرهیز از خرید کردن در مراکز خرید وابسته به سران حکومت و فروشگاه های سازمانی زنجیره‌ای ،پرهیز از خرید بلیط هواپیما و قطار و ...          تا بلکه بتوان اینگونه نوعی فروپاشی کنترل شده را رقم زد و مانع خونریزی های فجیع و آشوب داخلی شد .    آخرین نکته در این باب آن است که کارگران و خانواده مبارزان و زندانیان سیاسی برای اعتصاب و ادامه مبارزات و تحمل فشار مالی حتما به کمک سایر هموطنان نیاز دارند لذا میتوان با معرفی کردن حساب های مورد اعتماد جناب شاهزاده و استفاده از ارز های دیجیتال غیر قابل رهگیری و یا حتی ایجاد ارز دیجیتال جدیدی زیر نظر شاهزاده و یا افراد معتمد ایشان ، کمک مالی شایسته ای به تمام مبارزان راه آزادی نمود

درباب لزوم تداوم حفظ خیابان ها که جناب شاهزاده بر آن تاکید داشته اند نیز باید خاطرنشان کرد که از آنجا که رژیم سفاک اسلامی هیچ ابایی از کودک کشی و بانو کشی و کشتار شیرمردان جوان ایرانی ندارد لذا به‌کارگیری حداقلی از لوازم مبارزه شرافتمندانه اعم از سلاح سرد و گرم لازم به نظر می‌رسد چرا که مسلم است که نمیتوان مدت مدیدی با سنگ و چوب و شعار دربرابر گلوله جنگی مقاومت کرد و در عین حال خیابان را حفظ نمود ضمن آنکه به حکم منطق و بیانات شاهزاده باید از ایجاد حمام خون و خشونت فراگیر عریان پرهیز کرد تا کشور دچار آنومی و آشوب نشود باید خاطرنشان ساخت که نیروهای نظامی و ارتش زمانی به مردم می‌پیوندند که اولا جریان انقلاب از یک مدیریت و رهبری مشروع برخوردار باشد و ثانیا عزم مردم و قدرت‌نمایی مردم برای انقلاب در نزد ارتشی ها راسخ و آشکار باشد  پس بدین جهت ما هم شخص شاهزاده گرامی را نماینده خود اعلام میداریم هم با درخواست صدور مجوز مبارزه مشروع و تشریک مساعی و لوازم مبارزه ، می‌کوشیم تا نظامیان ایران را مجاب به پیوستن به صف انقلابیون بنماییم

ما، امضا کنندگان این پتیشن شاهزاده رضا پهلوی را نماینده خود قلمداد میکنیم و معتقدیم که ایشان فراتر از نقشی که به صورت تاریخی دارند که آن ریاست دولت پادشاهی مشروطه است، امروز میتوانند نقشی اساسی در فرایند گذار به دولت موقت دموکراتیک در ایران ایفا کنند. ما امضا کنندگان این پتیشن ایشان را به عنوان نماینده خود(فارغ از جایگاه کنونی ایشان) میدانیم و خواستار همکاری دولت های خارجی، مجامع بین المللی و رسمی با ایشان هستیم. این مسئله ورای آن هدفی است که مردم ایران در آینده برای تحقق آن طی یک فرایند دموکراتیک و تحت نظر نهاد های ناظر به پای صندوق های رای رفته و نوع نظام سیاسی آتی ایران را انتخاب خواهند کرد.

We expect that institutions, organizations, governments, political parties and ... accept him as our representative in any negotiations. We believe that he has the abilities needed for the transition of Iran to a democracy.

It has been several months that we, the Iranian people inside and outside Iran have been marching on the streets in a revolution aganst the Islamic republic regime in Iran. Now, after suffering more than 500 deaths, thousands wounded and more than 60 thousands arrested in the midst of a bloody revolution with empty hands, it is becoming clear that a more orgnized movement is needed to hasten the regime's collapse.

It seems that despite the prince's statements and the long-term presence of people in the streets, even after 3 months have passed since the beginning of the Iranian National Revolution, the army and the armed forces are still not willing to cooperate and support the people.
And the people of Iran are still deprived of the support of the national army. For this reason, we should ask permission from the presence of the honorable prince to open the way for the victory of the people's revolution against the Islamic tyranny by announcing a legitimate struggle and an honorable disturbance, so that we can control the streets ourselves and take our country back from the hands of the devil.

Honorable disruption means anything that disrupts the government's repression process and weakens the regime's economy and brings huge costs to the corrupt system of the Islamic Republic, including destroying anti-riot vehicles, disrupting public transportation, and disrupting the monetary network. And a bank withdrawing money or buying gold or digital currency, non-payment of taxes and duties, strike of truck drivers, strike of oil refinery workers and turning off the industrial devices of factories, etc., in order to achieve a controlled fall and prevent it. From internal chaos.
Because this is how a kind of controlled collapse can be achieved and prevent terrible bloodshed and internal chaos.
   The last point in this matter is that the workers and families of fighters and political prisoners definitely need the help of other compatriots to strike and continue fighting and endure financial pressure, so by introducing accounts trusted by your Highness majesty and using digital currency, this can be done.
These digital currencies are untraceable and have no risk. Or even by creating a new digital currency under the auspices of your Highness the Prince or your confidants, one can give proper financial aid to all the freedom fighters.
Regarding the necessity of continuing to control the streets, which was emphasized by your Holiness, it should be noted that because the brutal Islamic regime has no problem with infanticide, femicide, and the killing of Iranian youth, therefore, minimal defense and security facilities are used. Tools, including cold and hot weapons, are required. Because it is certain that one cannot resist war bullets with stones and sticks and slogans for a long time and at the same time keep the street.
But according to the rational principles and the words of the prince who says: bloodbaths and injuries should be avoided so that the country does not fall into chaos and disorder, it should be noted that the military forces and the army are convinced to join the people when The following conditions should be ready:
First, the revolutionary forces must have a legitimate and capable representative and leader. Second, the determination of the people and the display of popular power for the revolution must be strong and clear from the point of view of the army, for this reason we declare that the dear prince himself is our legal representative and we ask the prince to issue a permit for defense preparation so that we can purchase combat equipment and Buy cold and hot weapons.
So that we can resist the violence of the government. We are trying to convince the Iranian army to join the ranks of the revolutionaries with the least possible violence.

We, who signed this petition, acknowledge prince Reza Pahlavi as our representative and we believe that he is capable beyond what should have been his historical task, leading our constitutional monarchy of Iran. We trust him to play a key role in transitioning Iran to an interim democratic government. We, those who have signed this petition, accept him as our representative, irrespective of his current status and ask the international community to cooperate with him. This is seperate from any future role that the Iranian citizens have in mind for him. We will trust the democratic process under the supervision of necessary authorities and the ballot box to choose the future form of government in Iran.
