Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich and Dmitry Anatolyevich, I address you on behalf of family of Colin Madsen, the American student who died in Buryatia in march 2016. As you can imagine it s a terrible tragedy for his beloved, but what is even worse is that they hadn’t been able to find the truth and find out what really happened to their son. The investigation of his death was closed based on the conclusion that he died of hypothermia. However, his family decided to conduct their own investigation in their homeland, since they had found many deviations in ours. It took so much efforts of them to get the materials to submitt to their experts for analysis. As a result, a year later, they finally got a conclusion from the American experts that was contradictory to ours in so many ways, but what is more is that it shows that Colin Madsen was murdered.
