Мы ничего не знаем о той семье. От чего женщина умерла. Отчего муж ее, закрыв дом, уехал. Одна из их собак умерла от голода, потому что сидела на цепи, а трое других выжили только потому, что пошли побираться по дачному поселку. Мы рассказывали. Овчарочку нам удалось пристроить в хорошую семью, нам шлют оттуда чудесные видео.
А двое оставшихся на дворе маленьких собачек – Гриша и Яша долгое время были в подвешенном состоянии. Мы размещали объявления повсюду, не жалея средств.
Наша Рита ездила в Калягино кормить мальчиков, потом и соседи подключились, в поселке уже многие их знали. Когда одна из женщин заявила, что до осени она купит дом сиротинок и оставит их самих у себя, мы перестали волноваться за судьбу Гришы и Яши.
С началом лета Калягино, как и другие дачные поселки края, заполонили люди – взять от земли всё, что она успеет родить за короткий миг сибирского тепла. Среди них оказались серьезные ребята.
Серьезные ребята – это какая-то особая человеческая порода, которая считает, что она права во всем, чего ни коснись, при этом вся ее правота начинается и заканчивается на ней. А что там дальше – данных ребят совершенно не волнует. Соответственно, и законы они соблюдают лишь в той части, где не ущемляется их правота. Чтобы не столкнуться с такими лицом к лицу – «чё вы тут кормите! тут дети ходят! я всех ваших собак поубиваю!» наша Лиля Андреевна, например, встает в 5 утра и засветло успевает обежать своих подопечных, живущих в разных местах. Накормит кошек и собак и те на весь день теряются.
9 мая, в День победы, прямо в центре Красноярска к людям вышла волчица. Не все даже поняли, что это не собака, а хищный зверь. Зато среди людей, ответственных за шествие ветеранов был настоящий переполох. Вскоре выяснилось, что подобного зверя (или того же самого) уже показывали по местному ТВ. Он жил на одной из баз в тесном вольере. Когда телевизионщики допытывались: «Зачем?», люди с базы долдонили одно: «Вы пришли на частную территорию…что хотим, то и держим…». Стращали полицией. Журналисты даже лица их закрыли, когда выдали сюжет в эфир. Серьезные ребята.
Серьезные ребята – это диагноз. Это решалы, с которыми нельзя договориться ни о чем, что выходит за рамки их интересов. Они и определяют сегодня всю жизнь страны, потому что дорвались до власти.
Руководство национального заповедника «Столбы» и некоторые депутаты Красноярского горсовета заявили, что пора начинать отстрел бездомных собак, живущих в заповеднике и загрызающих косуль и маралов. Вот так просто – взять и начать отстреливать, руководствуясь непонятно каким законом (ныне действующие законы такого права не дают). Сначала, объявив режим ЧС, поубивали/повыгоняли дворняжек из города и те переместились в пригородную зону, в том числе и на Столбы, где начали сами добывать себе пропитание, а теперь предлагают убивать уже там. У серьезных ребят всё по серьезному.
Серьезные ребята – это зараза. Она разъедает моральные устои общества. И будет ползти дальше.
Гриша и Яша тоже оказались у них на пути. Шутка ли: два мелких пса бегают по дачному поселку и выпрашивают еду.
Мальчишек отравили в один день. Обоих. Случайные свидетели застали их мучительную смерть когда уже было не помочь.
Нам иногда кажется, что, начав заниматься помощью бездомным животным, мы попали в какую-то комнату, куда больные люди приходят, чтобы выплеснуть свои больные инстинкты. Потом они выходят наружу – и оказывается, что это серьезные ребята.
Что мы можем противопоставить этим серьезным ребятам? Силу нашего единения. Прямую помощь тем, кто от них пострадал.
Сегодня в топе новостей появилось сообщение, что президент Путин дал поручение правительству отрегулировать законодательство, касающееся ответственного отношения к животным.
Ознакомившись с поручениями, видим: всё декларативно и может быть использовано как в помощь, так и во вред бездомным четвероногим. Нет прямого указания на то, что муниципалитеты обязаны создать современные госприюты, организовать профессиональную государственную службу помощи животным без владельца, в том числе для их отлова и стерилизации. Государство по- прежнему предпочитает оставаться в роли контролера и регулятора деятельности тех, кто помогает бездомышам бескорыстно, по зову сердца. И этим сердцам впору напрячься: чего ожидать?
Бесплатной стерилизации домашних животных нет. Насколько эффективным будет обещаемое стимулирование людей на это дело – вопрос. Учет всех животных, безусловно, необходим, но цивилизованный мир уже давно не маркирует, а чипирует домашних питомцев.
Про помощь частным приютам и волонтерам-одиночкам – ни слова. Всё серьезно.

We managed to get a shepherd dog into a good family, and they send us wonderful videos from there.
And the two remaining small dogs in the yard – Grisha and Yasha were in limbo for a long time. We placed ads everywhere, sparing no expense.
Our Rita went to Kalyagino to feed the boys, then the neighbors joined in, many people in the village already knew them. When one of the women said that she would buy a house for the orphans and leave them to themselves until the fall, we stopped worrying about the fate of Grisha and Yasha.
With the beginning of summer, Kalyagino, like other suburban villages of the region, was flooded with people – to take from the ground everything that it will have time to give birth in a short moment of Siberian heat. Among them were serious guys.
Serious guys are some kind of special human breed that believes that it is right in everything that it touches, and all its rightness begins and ends with it. And what's next – these guys do not care at all. Accordingly, they observe the laws only in the part where their rightness is not infringed. In order not to face such people face to face – " what are you feeding here! there are children walking around here! I'll kill all your dogs!" our Lilya Andreyevna, for example, gets up at 5 in the morning and before dark manages to run around her wards, who live in different places. Feed the cats and dogs and they are lost for the whole day.
On May 9, Victory Day, right in the center of Krasnoyarsk, a wolf came out to the people. Not everyone even realized that this is not a dog, but a predatory animal. But there was a real commotion among the people responsible for the veterans ' march. It soon became clear that a similar animal (or the same one) had already been shown on local TV. He lived on one of the bases in a cramped aviary. When the TV people were asking questions: "Why?", people from the base repeated one: "You came to a private territory...what we want, we keep...". They threatened me with the police. The journalists even covered their faces when they broadcast the story. Serious guys.
Serious guys are the diagnosis. These are solvers with whom it is impossible to agree on anything that goes beyond their interests. They determine the whole life of the country today, because they have reached power.
The management of the national reserve "Pillars" and some deputies of the Krasnoyarsk City Council said that it is time to start shooting stray dogs living in the reserve and gnawing roe deer and marals. It's so simple – to take and start shooting, guided by an incomprehensible law (the current laws do not give such a right). At first, having declared an emergency mode, they killed/drove the mongrels out of the city and they moved to the suburban area, including to the Pillars where they began to earn their own food, and now they offer to kill already there. Serious guys do everything in a serious way.
Serious guys are contagious. It eats away at the moral foundations of society. And it will crawl on.
Grisha and Yasha also got in their way. No joke: two small dogs run around the dacha village and beg for food.
The boys were poisoned in one day. Both of them. Bystanders saw their agonizing death when there was no help for it.
We sometimes think that when we started helping homeless animals, we found ourselves in a room where sick people come to vent their sick instincts. Then they go outside – and it turns out that they are serious guys.
What can we do against these serious guys? The power of our unity. Direct assistance to those who have suffered from them.
Today in the top news there was a message that President Putin instructed the government to regulate the legislation concerning the responsible attitude to animals.
After reviewing the instructions, we see that everything is declarative and can be used both to help and to harm homeless quadrupeds. There is no direct indication that municipalities are obliged to create modern state shelters, to organize a professional state service for helping animals without an owner, including for their capture and sterilization. The state still prefers to remain in the role of a controller and regulator of the activities of those who help the homeless selflessly, at the call of their hearts. And it's time for these hearts to strain: what to expect?
There is no free sterilization of pets. How effective it will be to encourage people to do this is a question. Accounting for all animals, of course, is necessary, but the civilized world has long been not marking, but chipping pets.
Not a word about helping private shelters and single-person volunteers. It's serious.
