We are forcibly displaced persons from Ukrainian cities occupied by Russia, united under the initiative "Cities of Ukraine That Must Be De-Occupied." With pain, we watched as some world leaders have agreed to take part in the May 9, 2025, parade in Moscow—alongside the military of an army that has committed hundreds of thousands of war crimes on our land.

This parade is not a celebration of victory over Nazism. It is an attempt to justify a new genocide, militarism, and the destruction of democratic Ukraine.

To march on Red Square next to Russian soldiers is to dishonor the memory of the millions who perished in World War II.

Together with the Government of our country (read the statment), we call on:

• Leaders of the invited states — will refuse participation in the May 9 parade.
• Governments of neutral countries — do not send your military personnel.
• International organizations — give a clear assessment of this political spectacle that legitimizes aggression.

Support this petition to prevent the legitimization of Russia's war crimes.

Let us remember: Victory over Nazism is about peace, not tanks at the parade of an aggressor. 

Only one country in the world — Russia — celebrates war on May 9 with a military parade. The rest of the world honors the memory of the fallen on May 8, laying flowers at peaceful gatherings without weapons.

We will continue to accompany this petition throughout the year. Not supporting the aggressor means giving a chance for peaceful life to Ukrainian farmers — and that means the continued supply of grain to China, Egypt, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, including India and Israel.

Цей парад не є святкуванням перемоги над нацизмом. Це спроба виправдати новий геноцид, мілітаризм і знищення демократичної України.

Марширувати на Красній площі поруч із російськими солдатами — це приниження пам’яті мільйонів загиблих у Другій світовій війні.

Разом з Урядом нашої країни (читати заяву ) ми закликаємо:

• Лідерів запрошених держав —  ніколи більше не приймати участі в параді 9 травня.
• Уряди нейтральних країн — не надсилайте своїх військових.
• Міжнародні організації — дайте чітку оцінку цьому політичному спектаклю, що виправдовує агресію.

Підтримайте цю петицію, щоб не допустити легітимізації воєнних злочинів Росії.
Пам’ятаймо: перемога над нацизмом — це про мир, а не про танки на параді агресора!

Лише одна країна у світі — Росія — СВЯТКУЄ війну 9 травня військовим парадом. Решта світу — ВШАНОВУЄ  пам’ять загиблих 8 травня,  покладаючи квіти на мирних мітінгах без зброї.

Петиція буде супроводжуватись протягом усього року. Не підтримати агресора — означає дати шанс на мирне життя українському хліборобу. А це продовження поставок  зерна для  Китаю, Єгипту, Індонезії, В'єтнаму, а також до інших держав з Азії, Африки та Близького Сходу.
