Finally, it has happened.  On April 12, the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan No. 80 was signed; and the Caspian seal was inscribed into the Red Book of Dagestan. We sincerely congratulate all those who worried about these endangered creatures and struggled for their saving and conservation.
