Victory! More than 12000 citizens raise their voice for stronger protection of equines in Greece!

The two major equine welfare organisations in Greece, Ippothesis and Animal Action Hellas, managed to mobilize more than 12000 citizens over the last 4 months, demanding improvements in national policy and legislation with respect to equine welfare and protection. The responsible Ministries of Rural Development & Food and Environment & Energy cannot turn a blind eye anymore and must ensure that they will initiate official procedures for improving and strengthening protection of these important animals in Greece.
