ΔΗΜΟΣ ΠΑΡΟΥ: Βρείτε μια λύση να πληρώστε τα συμφωνημένα κονδύλια για τα αδέσποτα ζώα της Πάρου

Υποφέρουν τα αδέσποτα ζώα της Πάρου. Ο Δήμος Πάρου έχει συμβόλαιο με τις κτηνιατρικές κλινικές της Κτηνιατρικής Γωνιάς (για λογαριασμό της PAWS: Paros Animal Welfare Society) και το Κτηνιατρείο ΦΕΠ (για λογαριασμό της FEP: Φιλόζωοι Εθελοντες Πάρου) για τα προγράμματά τους για τα αδέσποτα ζώα στο νησί, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των στειρώσεων αλλά οι πληρωμές για τη χρηματοδότηση αυτών των δράσεων έχουν καθυστερήσει πολλούς μήνες (από 8/11/2023) για €35,996.80 (σύμβαση που αφορούσε στην περίοδο  11/2023-6/2024 με PAWS).   

Κάνουν ό,τι περισσότερο μπορούν, αλλά χωρίς αυτή την αναμενόμενη χρηματοδότηση αντιμετωπίζουν πολύ σοβαρά οικονομικά προβλήματα.

Παρακαλούμε βοηθήστε μας να καταστήσουμε σαφές στον Δήμο ότι εμείς οι δημότες της Πάρου περιμένουμε να εκπληρώσουν τις συμβατικές τους υποχρεώσεις με τους φιλοζωικούς μας συλλόγους και ότι θεωρούμε αυτό το θέμα προτεραιότητα.

PAROS MUNICIPALITY: Find a solution to pay overdue funds for Paros animal welfare

The stray animals of Paros are suffering. The Paros Municipality has a contract with the veterinary clinics of Κτηνιατρική Γωνιά (on behalf of PAWS: Paros Animal Welfare Society) and Κτηνιατρείο ΦΕΠ (on behalf of FEP: Φιλοζωοι Εθελοντες Παρου) for their stray animal programmes on the island, including sterilizations, but the payments to fund these actions are overdue by many months (since 8/11/2023) for €35,996.80 (contract period 11/2023-6/2024 with PAWS).  

They are doing as much as they can, but without this expected funding they are facing very severe financial problems.

Please help us to make it clear to the municipality that we, the citizens of Paros, expect them to fulfil their contractual obligations with our animal welfare associations and that we consider this matter a priority.

Although the 2023 programme has already begun in January, neither clinic has received the agreed-upon funds yet for 2022! At a critical period for neutering stray cats before the Spring mating season, they are doing as much as they can, but without this expected funding they are facing very severe financial problems.
