The more I think about it I realize that making the dolls different sizes/weights can be good but if they were going for diversity they would've still kept the G1 doll line, skinny shaming does exist and could've been helpful for slim and slender people that weren't confident because of the people judging them because of their body, instead of getting rid of the doll line all together we should've done a line type of thing, basically if you don't understand what I mean I'm talking about an online shop where people sign up for getting a doll and can choose which generation they get, they could even bring back G2 for this line up, if they could make it so parents feel okay with stuff they're buying their children than all controversy will fade, people who still want the old style can get the old style and parents will be able to get dolls that are less 'inappropriate' for their children they can, we need a change but Mattel has to be the one to make that happen, hear our voices mattel
