My son,  Aaron Dakota Biddle, was brutally murdered in broad daylight. He was unarmed, getting into his vehicle, when he was shot point-blank in the face and killed. Yet, the individual responsible has somehow been released on a mere $10,000 bond. This gross miscarriage of justice has left our family shattered and with deep concerns about the integrity of the process that is supposed to bring us justice and closure.

Not only have we endured the unbearable pain of losing Dakota, but we have also been subjected to added indignities. There have been apparent HIPAA violations, contamination of the crime scene, and crucial evidence that seems to have been lost or obscured.
