So if a company wants the legal system to protect the board from liabilities they should have to pay a reasonable ratio between highest and lowest paid workers, behave ethically as a business and be environmentally aware. Beacuse rampant capatilism has detroyed our society and it would seem that not one person has been held properly accountable. The lack of moral responsibiltiy and financial liablity the PLC system ecourages should be stopped ASAP without damaging to ability of business to function (only the ability of fat cats to be overly ruthless and selfish).
