Due to both EU and NA servers being located in Canada, European customers are facing horrible connection issues while playing Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. This affects all aspects of the game, from leveling to end-game progression.

Recently the game has become unplayable during both EU and NA prime times, which spans over half the day due to the vast number of timezones it accommodates.

To resolve this issue, Square Enix and the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn should prioritise the creation and installation of separate EU server clusters located somewhere in Europe. This can be done either by creating new servers and offering free transfers to European players, or separating the already existing servers into NA and EU.

With your help, we can let Square Enix know that this is unacceptable while accelerating the appropriate action being taken. After all Square Enix / Yoshi and his team have done to revitalise this MMO, lets not allow this game-breaking issue to put people off playing.
