This will mean reduced time for people browsing the shops and having coffee etc. Especially when the new Debenhams opens up, people will not have time to do all their normal routines and may not go into other local shops that they would have visited previously!

During holiday periods this will reduce the time people spend shopping locally and hence they may go to Brent Cross or the Harelquin in Watford. 

This will damage the businesses within the Shopping Centre  and the nearby local shops. 

There has been no warning about the change and people notified via Facebook.

We would also like the no return rule to be changed, to an adequate time.

People are also now banned from returning to the car park within three hours of leaving on the same day, no matter how long they have parked for.
