This bear is being kept in terrible conditions in a tiny cage in a resort called Neli Resort, Pogradec in Albania. It is bad enough that the poor bear is in a small cage and living in unacceptable conditions, but the owner is also now threatening to kill him because he is jeopardising the sale of their property!
