A tax holiday is blatantly unfair to existing businesses and workers.  Giving competitors a 10 year tax holiday is asking tax-paying businesses and workers to subsidize those who threaten their livliehoods.  Should current business and workers be treated like this for being responsible tax paying members of the community?  We don't think so!
