Çevre Şehircilik Bakanlığı

Çevre Şehircilik Bakanlığı, commonly known as the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation in Turkey, is a government institution charged with responsibilities relating to environmental protection, urban planning, and housing development. This ministry develops and implements regulations and policies in collaboration with other relevant agencies to mitigate environmental pollution, ensure the sustainable use of natural resources, promote high-quality urban development, and address housing needs. The Ministry conducts monitoring and control activities to enforce laws related to the environment and urban development, and leads coordination on international environmental agreements to which Turkey is a signatory.
