William Spearman is a dedicated public servant and experienced professional with a robust background in management and real estate. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University, followed by an MBA in Real Estate from Temple University. Spearman has held various influential roles, including Ethics Liaison Officer and Compliance Officer at the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Operations Manager at the Camden Housing Authority, and Director of Economic & Industrial Development for the City of Camden. He served as a Council Member in Camden City and was the Director of Real Estate at the Camden Redevelopment Agency. Currently, Spearman represents District 5 in the New Jersey State General Assembly, bringing his extensive expertise to state governance.
