Thomas Emmett Dent is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party, serving in the Washington House of Representatives for the 13th Legislative District since 2015. He was elected to this position in 2014, succeeding Judy Warnick, who moved on to the Washington State Senate. Before his tenure in the House, Dent was the chairman of the Grant County Republican Party. He holds an associate's degree from Big Bend Community College. In addition to his political career, Tom Dent is an entrepreneur, owning and managing Flying T LLC and serving as the CEO of Tom Dent Aviation LLC.
