Sarah Fox is a distinguished English operatic soprano renowned for her performances at prestigious venues such as the Royal Opera House Covent Garden. Alongside her illustrious career in the arts, Sarah has also made significant contributions in the field of urban planning. She holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Portland State University and is an alumna of Hudson’s Bay High School. Her professional journey includes serving as a Councilmember for Position 6 in Vancouver City, a Senior Planner at the City of Camas, and a Construction Cost Estimator at Rider Hunt Levett & Bailey. Sarah has also held leadership roles, including Vice President and Lead Estimator at Decorative Metal Services, and has experience as a Planner at the Portland Development Commission and a Specialist with the United States Army.
