Irvin has a diverse background in public service, having served as the President of the Huntingdon County United Way, where he focused on local community support and involvement. He has also been entrusted with financial stewardship as Treasurer of Huntingdon County. In the political realm, he represents District 81 as a State Representative in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, where he works to address the needs and concerns of his constituents.
