Natasha Rath Marcus is an American politician and a Democratic member of the North Carolina Senate, representing the 41st district since 2019. She is affiliated with the Democratic Party and has a strong background in law and public policy. Marcus earned a Juris Doctor from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Hamilton College. Her professional experience includes serving as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. District Court in the Middle District of North Carolina, working as a Litigation Associate at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, and as the Assistant Director of Development at the Ada Jenkins Center. She also co-founded and co-chaired the Democrats of North Mecklenburg.
