He is widely acclaimed for his portrayal of Jimmy Hughes on the CBS series "Yes, Dear," which aired from 2000 to 2006. His performance as Burt Hummel on the Fox series "Glee" earned him an Emmy Award nomination. In addition to his acting career, O'Malley has served as a councilmember for District 6 in Colorado Springs City, showcasing his diverse talents and civic involvement.
