Matt Slater is a dedicated public servant with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various governmental roles. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marist College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Anselm College. A graduate of Yorktown High School, Slater has cultivated a career marked by leadership and commitment to public service. He currently serves as an Assembly Member at the New York State Assembly. His past roles include Military Officer in the US Navy Reserve, Supervisor for the Town of Yorktown, and Campaign Manager for the Committee to Elect Terrence Murphy. Additionally, he has worked as a Regional Director and Chief of Staff at the New York State Assembly and Senate, respectively, and as a Program Administrator in Westchester County.
