Matthew Freeman Brass is an American politician serving as the State Senator for Georgia's 28th district since 2017. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Brass has a rich background in both politics and business. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia and graduated from Newnan High School. Brass has held several key positions throughout his career, including District Field Representative at the U.S. House of Representatives and Chief of Staff to Representative Lynn Westmoreland of Georgia's 3rd district. He has also served as President at both Brass Construction, LLC and The M4 Connection, LLC, and co-owned Atlman-Hines Atl South.
