Mary Young is a dedicated public servant and educator with a robust academic background and extensive experience in education and psychology. She earned a Doctorate in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master’s in Education from Duke University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from St. Mary's Notre Dame. Mary has served in numerous educational roles, including School Psychologist and School Psychology Intern Supervisor at RE3J, Special Education Teacher at Year Round School District and Weld County School District 6, and Special Education Coordinator/Behavior Intervention Specialist at Weld County School District 6. She also contributed as a School Community Facilitator at Jefferson Elementary and conducted autism evaluations at Allied Pediatrics. Additionally, Mary served as a State Representative in the Colorado State House of Representatives, bringing her expertise in education and child care to her legislative work.
