Manny Rutinel is a versatile professional with a strong educational background and diverse career experience. He holds a Bachelor's in Microbiology from the University of Florida, an Associate's degree from Pasco-Hernando State College, a Master's in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Juris Doctor from Yale University. Manny's career has seen him take on roles such as Teaching Assistant at Kumon North America and Substitute Teacher for the District School Board of Pasco County. He served as a Regional Economist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and worked as an Associate Attorney at Earthjustice. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Climate Refarm and serves as the State Representative for District 32 in the Colorado House of Representatives.
