Lloyd Kenneth Smucker is an American politician and business executive currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district, a position he has held since 2017. Born on January 23, 1964, Smucker is a member of the Republican Party. Before his tenure in the U.S. House of Representatives, he served as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 13th district from 2009 to 2016. He initially represented Pennsylvania's 16th district in Congress until redistricting in 2018. Smucker's career also includes experience in the private sector, enhancing his role as a business executive. His legislative focus has been on issues pertinent to his constituents in Lancaster County and southern York County.
