Kimberly Sue Jackson (born in 1984) is a politician and an Episcopal priest in Georgia5. Since January 2021, Jackson, a member of the Democratic Party, has represented the 41st district in the Georgia State Senate5. She is the first openly LGBT+ state senator in Georgia5. In January 2025, Jackson was officially sworn in as the Senate Democratic Caucus Whip for the 2025-2026 Biennium, making her the first female Whip in the history of the Georgia State Senate
