Kevin Trevillyan is an elected official serving as a Councilmember for Ward 1 on the West Des Moines City Council. He has been in office since January 2010, with his current term ending on December 31, 2025. Trevillyan retired from West Des Moines Water Works in January 2019 after 31 years of service. He holds a diploma in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Hamilton Business College. Trevillyan is a member of the Gnemeth Masonic Lodge and Za-Ga-Zig Shrine. He served six years with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and ten years with West Des Moines Emergency Medical Services2.
