Kevin Glendening is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a robust career in public service. He is an alumnus of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy, where he received his formal training. Throughout his career, Glendening has held several key positions within the Des Moines County Sheriff's Office. He started as a Patrol Deputy, where he honed his skills in frontline policing. Glendening then advanced to become a Criminal Investigations Detective, where he was involved in solving complex cases. Demonstrating leadership and expertise, he was promoted to Sergeant of Patrol, overseeing operations and guiding other deputies. Ultimately, he rose to the position of Sheriff of Des Moines County, where he continues to serve his community with dedication and commitment.
