Ken McClure is a seasoned public servant and academic with a diverse career spanning military service, academia, and local government. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Missouri State University and a Master's degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia. McClure began his career serving in the United States Army Reserves, where he rose to the rank of Captain. Transitioning to academia, he became the Vice President for Administrative and Information Services at Missouri State University. His commitment to public service led him to local government, where he served as a Council Member and subsequently as Mayor of Springfield City. McClure's leadership and dedication have significantly impacted the communities he has served.
