Justin P. Carlson is an elected official serving on the Lincoln City Council, representing District 3 (Southwest Lincoln) since May 2023. Born and raised in Southwest Lincoln, Carlson is a proud graduate of Lincoln High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business. He has a strong background in the insurance and financial services industry, having worked for 20 years before joining the University of Nebraska Foundation. Carlson is actively involved in community service, serving on numerous boards and organizations with a focus on parks and neighborhoods.
