Justin Morris Bibb is an American politician and business executive, currently serving as the 58th mayor of Cleveland, Ohio, a position he has held since January 2022. Before his mayoral tenure, Bibb was the Chief Strategy Officer at Urbanova, where he collaborated with public officials, business leaders, and community organizations to enhance urban safety, health, and resilience. He co-chaired Teach for America – Ohio and served on boards for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Destination Cleveland, and LAND Studio. Bibb's educational background includes an MBA and a JD from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's in Urban Studies from American University. His previous roles include Founder of Cleveland Can’t Wait, Special Assistant at Cuyahoga County, Vice President at KeyBank, and Attorney Head at Gallup.
