JoCasta Zamarripa is a dedicated public servant and community advocate with a strong background in both the arts and public service. She holds a high school diploma from St. Joan Antida High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin. JoCasta has served as a Councilmember for District 8 on the Milwaukee City Council, where she works to address the needs and concerns of her constituents. She has also been a Representative for District 8 in the Minnesota House of Representatives, where she focused on policy development and legislative initiatives. Additionally, JoCasta served as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, demonstrating her commitment to health and social services.
