Joan Meschino is a dedicated public servant and accomplished lawyer with a strong background in law and governance. She earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of New Hampshire. Joan has served as the Executive Director at the Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, where she worked on access to justice and legal reform. She is currently a State Representative for the 3rd District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where she advocates for her constituents and works on legislative initiatives. Additionally, Joan has experience in local government as a Selectmember on the Hull Town Select Board, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and leadership.
