Jim Holmes is an accomplished public figure with a strong background in political science and governance. He began his academic journey at Placer High School, where he earned his high school diploma. He furthered his education at Sierra College, obtaining an associate's degree before transferring to Humboldt State University. There, he completed a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, equipping him with a robust understanding of political systems and public administration.Jim has dedicated a significant portion of his career to serving his community in various capacities, most notably as a Supervisor on the Placer County Board of Supervisors. In this role, he has been instrumental in addressing local issues, making policy decisions, and advocating for the needs of his constituents.
