Jennifer Bacon is a dedicated public servant and educational leader with a diverse background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Tulane University, a Master's in Education from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School. Her career in education and public service includes significant roles such as State Representative for District 7 at the Colorado House of Representatives and Director of the Board of Education at Denver Public Schools. Jennifer has also served as Principal at Nyansapo Consulting L.L.C., Managing Director of Alumni and Community Engagement at Teach for America, and Regional Director for Colorado at Leadership for Educational Equity. Her commitment to education and community service is further demonstrated by her experience as Dean of Students at the Denver School of Science and Technology and as a Teacher with Teach for America. Additionally, Jennifer has provided legal support as a Home Visit Attorney at Legal Counsel for the Elderly, an affiliate of AARP. Her extensive experience reflects a deep commitment to advocacy and educational equity.
