Jennifer Ann Kiggans is an American politician, nurse practitioner, and former naval aviator. She currently serves as the U.S. Representative for Virginia's 2nd congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, Kiggans has a distinguished career, having served as a United States Navy helicopter pilot before transitioning to politics. She was a member of the State Senate of Virginia from 2020 to 2022.
