Jeffrey Dinowitz is an American politician who has served as a member of the New York State Assembly since 1994, representing District 81. This district includes the neighborhoods of Kingsbridge, Marble Hill, Norwood, Riverdale, Van Cortlandt Village, Wakefield, and Woodlawn Heights in the Bronx. A dedicated member of the Democratic Party, Dinowitz has focused on a variety of issues important to his constituents. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. In addition to his legislative work, Dinowitz has served as a State Committeeman and an Administrative Law Judge in New York. His long tenure in public service reflects his commitment to advocacy and community engagement.
