Hervé Morin

Hervé Morin is a prominent French politician who has served as the President of the Normandy Region since 2016. Born in 1961, he has held multiple significant political positions throughout his career, which started as a deputy for Eure in the French Parliament in the early 1990s. In 2007, Morin was appointed as the Minister of Defence under the presidency of Nicolas Sarkozy, a role he held for nearly three years until his resignation in 2010. Additionally, he is the founder and leader of the centrist political party, New Centre, marking him as a significant figure in modern French politics.
