Harvey Oaxaca, also known as Francisco Javier Oaxaca, serves as a member of the McKinney Independent School District (MISD) Board of Trustees, holding the position of Place 7 (At Large) and currently serving as the Board Secretary. He has been involved in education for over 40 years, with 23 of those years spent within MISD, primarily as a campus administrator. Oaxaca has a long-standing career in education, with extensive experience as a campus administrator within McKinney ISD. He is involved in various community roles, including being the President of the Community Liaison Committee for the North Texas Job Corps and a member of the Medical City McKinney Hospital Board and the McKinney Police Chief's Citizens Advisory Board.
