Eusko Jaurlaritza

The Eusko Jaurlaritza, also known as the Basque Government, is the governing body of the Basque Autonomous Community in Spain. Comprised of several different departments, it manages a multitude of affairs within the region, such as education, security, health, and finance. It was officially established in 1980, following the approval of the Basque Statute of Autonomy, and its president is elected by the Basque Parliament. It plays a significant role in shaping economic and social policies, contributing to the overall governance and development of the Basque Country.
